This document will outline basic troubleshooting steps to help resolve issues with email messages. Let's cover them below.
One of the fastest things to do is ensure emails from <info@d6labs.com> are not being sent to an automated Junk or Spam folder. Another important thing to do is add the email above to your safe sender's list. Most apps will allow you to whitelist domain emails such as <*.d6labs.com> and this typically prevents any emails from D6 Labs from being caught by Spam or Junk folders.
Utilizing your Safe Senders List (provided as a courtesy and is for reference only)
Apple mail (desktop)
Open the junk folder and find the message. Move the message into the inbox.
Add your From email to the address book. Open the message, right-click the sender email address, and choose Add to Contacts.

Mail (Apple iOS mobile devices)
Open the junk folder and find the message. Move the message into the inbox.
Add your From email to the address book. Open the message, and tap the From email address. Then tap Create New Contact to input the address in the contacts list.

AOL Webmail
Open the spam folder and click the message. Click the OK, Not Spam button.
Add your From email to the address book. Click Contacts in the navigation panel, and click the New Contact icon. Input the email address and click the Add Contact button.

Gmail (desktop and mobile)
Open the spam folder and click or tap the message. Click Not Spam.
Add your From email to the address book. Open the contact list, click or tap New Contact, and input the address.

Outlook
Open the junk folder and click the message. Click Not Junk.
Add your From email to the address book. Open the message, right-click the sender name, and click Add to Contacts. Authentication information may display in Outlook's sender name area, so ask the subscriber add your address only.

Outlook.com
Open the junk folder and right-click the message. Click Not Junk.
Add your From email to the Safe Recipient list. Click the gear icon, and choose Options. Click the Safe and Blocked Senders link, click Safe Senders, and input the message's From email address.

Yahoo Mail
Open spam folder, click the message, and click Not Spam.
Add your From email address to the address book. Open the message and click the Add to contacts button next to the From email address.

Next, check specific app settings:
FoodSafe.io
- Launch FoodSafe.io and open the primary navigation circle's menu.
- Log into the app as a manager
- Open the FoodSafe.io's Configuration option
- Tap on Employees
- Tap your name and ensure your email is correct.
- Save any changes you make.
- Now, tap Edit Reports and note what role is assigned to "Role for Receiving Emails".
- Go back to Employees and tap your name and ensure you have the noted role assigned to your user. If you don't, add it -then save your changes.
FridgeTrak.io (more than likely, you are not depending on email to receive alerts)
- Log into app.Whisker.io with your username and password
- Browse to Control Panel > Account Users
- Ensure your email is correct and properly formatted
- Save any changes you make.
- Browse to Restaurant IoT (RIoT)
- Select Actions and then Admin Dashboard from the drop-down
- Select Reports and tap the available report options.
- Ensure you email address is listed in the "Account Level Recipient Email Adresses" field. If not, add it.
- Repeat this for as many reports as needed.
