Periodically, we update with various features, fixes and performance updates. This can sometimes cause issues with browsers reloading from cached storage. If you are receiving browser-related error messages (ie: Errors 500, 404, 403, 400) or other visual discrepancies while navigating, clearing your browser cache my resolve the issue.

Below we outline the cache clearing process for mainstream browsers:


  1. Close all Chrome browsers and tabs.
  2. On your computer, open Chrome.
  3. At the top right, click More Tools More.
  4. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  5. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time".
  6. Check all boxes -with the exception of "Passwords and other sign-in data".
  7. Click Clear data.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Close all Edge browsers and tabs.
  2. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & Services.
  3. Under Clear Browsing Data, click "Choose What to Clear".
  4. Under Time Range, choose "all time" from the dropdown.
  5. Check all boxes with the exception of "Passwords".
  6. Click "Clear Now".

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Close all Mozilla browsers and tabs.
  2. Open Click on the menu button Fx89menuButton to open the menu panel.
  3. Click History and select Clear Recent History….
  4. Next to Time range to clear, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select all checkboxes with the exception of "Passwords" .
  5. Then click the OK button.
