There are many questions about where we derive our default alert temperatures.
Our temperatures are based on guidelines set forth by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Freezer Alert Temperatures
- High Temperature Alert #1: Above 32F for more than 1-hour
- High Temperature Alert #2: Above 45F for more than 30-minutes
- High Temperature Alert #3: Above 65F for more than 10-minutes
Refrigerator Alert Temperatures
- High Temperature Alert #1: Above 40F for more than 1-hour
- High Temperature Alert #2: Above 55F for more than 30-minutes
- High Temperature Alert #3: Above 65F for more than 10-minutes
Note: You are more than welcome to change your alert temperatures and delivery times as you wish
Important: Alert temperatures configurations are logged in Celsius. Fahrenheit to Celsius conversion is required.
