Normally, D6 Labs will create an account for each new customer and provide the credentials via email to the account owner.

However, if you have purchased® devices through a distributor such as Digikey, you will need to create an account for the® portal.  This article provides instructions for manually creating a new account.

Step 1. Open your favorite web browser and navigate to

Step 2. Click "Register for one" on the login form

Step 3. Enter your company billing information and press Continue

Step 4. Enter your user information and press Continue

Step 5.  Review your information and if it is correct, click Confirm.  If it is not correct, click Back and make any required corrections.  

Once you have confirmed your information, we will send an email to you with a randomly generated password you can use for your first login.  You will be asked to change the password after its first use.

Now that your account is setup, you can create a new location and start adding devices and gateways.
