There are multiple ways that you can print FoodSafe.io™ reports including:
1. Print directly from the app using an AirPrint capable printer
2. Email the reports to your account and print them from your PC
Option #1 : Printing Directly Using AirPrint Capable Printer
To print directly from the FoodSafe.io™ App, you need to ensure that:
1. Your printer is AirPrint capable and is configured for AirPrint. See the printer's user manual for instructions
2. Your printer is connected to the same WiFi network as the tablet. See the printer's user manual for instructions on connecting the printer to your WiFi network.

If you do not have an AirPrint capable printer or if you cannot connect your printer the same WiFi network as the tablet that is running FoodSafe.io™, you will not be able to print directly from the app. In this case, you will need to email the report to your account and print from your computer.
Option #2 : Email Report and Print From Your PC
You can email reports to your account from the Report screen in the app, but you must ensure that you are setup as an employee and that you have the DFSReport role enabled for your account.
