There may be times where your Bluetooth temperature probe is not working and you still need to complete food safety. In these cases, you can perform a "Manual Checklist" to manually enter answers to all questions, including questions that ask for a temperature.

Note: All manually entered data is marked with an asterisk (*) on reports to denote that it was not automatically captured. This ensures that auditors can clearly tell which data was automatically captured, making it more reliable and accurate than manually entered data.
